How do our rates work?

Your monthly rate is determined by your arrival date and remains fixed through April 30, 2026.

Includes taxes, full hookups, cable, Wi-Fi, and electric (up to $30/month; usage over $30 is billed to you).​

​Interested in a seasonal home base? Here's how our permanent unit spots work:​

Buy a unit: Want something to call your own? You can purchase a unit and simply pay the lot lease fee to the park.

Included in your lease rate: taxes and Wi-Fi​

Rent a unit: Some of our units are privately owned and available for rent. You'll rent directly from the owner at their set monthly rate.​
