"I have spent the winter here for several years. The park is clean, quiet, safe and the friendliest place iv ever been to! Everyone waves, says 'hi' and is super nice. The place is family owned and operated and they treat everyone like family! The residents always are helpful and look out for each other. There is no other place I'd rather be at any price! There is tons of activities in clubhouse. Bingo, art classes, keriokie, music, dances, cards etc. There is awesome pool, pickleball, shuffle board, horseshoes and cornhole. Once here ya just don't want to leave!"

"This is our 9th yr coming to Raintree. 1st couple yrs pulled a toy hauler then bought a home. It's a family run park. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else .So many activities, the people who come down are like a 2nd family. Grateful for all they do."
